Ingredients
  

  • 1 Tomato (chopped)
  • 5 Cashewnut
  • 1 tbsp Oil
  • 1 Onion (medium size chopped)
  • 1 tsp Ginger garlic paste
  • tsp Chilly powder
  • ¼ tsp Coriander powder
  • ¼ tsp Garam masala
  • Salt (as needed)
  • Water (as needed)

Instructions

  • In a mixer, add tomato and cashew nuts and grind them into a smooth paste.
  • Heat oil in a pan.
  • Add chopped onion and saute until it turns golden brown.
  • Add ginger-garlic paste saute well.
  • Add grinded paste and saute well until oil separates.
  • Add chilly powder, coriander powder, garam masala and salt saute well.
  • Add enough water to mix well.
  • Boil this for a few minutes. It should be a thick gravy consistency.
