Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup Coconut
  • 2 tsp Chilly powder
  • Tamarind (Gooseberry size)
  • Salt (As needed)
  • 1 tsp Oil
  • ¼ tsp Mustard seeds
  • Curry leaves (few)
  • 1 Red chilly
  • Water (As needed)

Instructions

  • In a blender, add coconut, chilly powder and tamarind grind it into a smooth paste by adding enough water.
  • Heat oil in a pan.
  • Add mustard seeds, red chilly and curry leaves saute well.
  • Add coconut paste, salt and pour enough water into it and stir well.
  • This curry slightly heat and forms small bubbles. switch off the stove. Don’t allow to boil.
  • Verum curry is ready to serve with rice.
